I imagine most of you have seen this:
I'm guessing it would be a 'handful' on some of Cannock's uphill switchbacks
Anyone ridden a tandem off-road?

No, but I want to, just for a giggle. I have ridden all kinds of things, including children's bikes. Er, my own bike from when I was a child, before you accuse me of robbing children
A trolley thing, with BMX wheels.
A Tea tray.

what about this one?
A couple of mates have ridden a tandem down glentress red....i can confirm that switch backs were an issue....
and it got grounded once or twice as well!Whenever I see an adult on a bicycle, I believe in the future of the human race.

That SC is awsome! shame that middle spring doesnt actually do anything, or it would be the maddest DH bike ever!I like bikes and stuff0

the best thing about that SC one is that the brakes apear to be Shim 575's, notable for their almost phenominal lack of power, on a DH tandem!I like bikes and stuff0

I'm after borrowing one so I can take a 26yr old friend out on her first ever bike ride - she can't ride yet.0 -
